Clear terms, before you start

Free plan

For one person or a one-person business, with as many of your own software and hardware wallets as you like. Exchange and custodian connections are on paid plans. There’s no end date and nothing to pay.

30-day free trial on Business and Premium

Paying by card, Google Pay, Apple Pay or PayPal: your payment details are authorised when you sign up, but no payment is taken. Cancel within 30 days and you pay nothing. If you don’t cancel, your first payment is taken on day 31.

Paying in USDT or USDC

Monthly and annual plans are paid in advance. If you cancel within 30 days, you get a full refund. [Confirm which networks/chains are accepted for payment]

Cancelling after 30 days

Give at least 30 days’ notice. Your service ends on your renewal date. [Confirm how notice is given, and what happens if notice falls inside 30 days of renewal]

Changing plan

Upgrade at any time: your new plan and contract start immediately. If you upgrade part way through an annual plan, a new 12-month plan starts at the higher price, and the unused part of your current plan is credited against it. Monthly plans work the same way: the new plan starts immediately at the higher fee, the unused part of your current month is credited against your first new monthly fee, and every month after that is charged on the new plan. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal date.
